TOP 10 List: Prep for New Light Wave 3.0 + TranscriptS Update from Bob

Hi friends,

This Sunday I felt to share what I am doing to prepare for the next New Light Wave and hear from you all in the comments on what your own experience looks like in preparation for this next influx of the Christos Consciousness on Earth.

There’s so many things I could highlight but chose to keep it simple in this list.

Next week I will record a video with these themes as well and dive deep into what we have been covering on our Cosmic Love calls.

1. Slowing time way down. This summer things were moving so fast - so much is coming up to the surface on Earth, you could get lost in the headlines and pace of it all.

   Thing I know for sure - the known known - is that full presence, conscious awareness does not happen in human speed.

   It happens when you strip moments down to their true essence so you can establish your own true essence in body - mind - heart - ethers.

   As you slow time, reading the subtle energy - the whispers in the silence - the tiny tweaks in the DNA - the cellular turnover from decaying cells to ever-new ones - becomes much clearer.

   None of the braille of sensuality can be read when your swept up in the hurried busy heat that is radiating off a Gaia-free Earth.

2. Balancing the elements within. Speaking of heat, I woke up pretty hungry and realized I needed to forage something cooling to eat. Cucumber and avocado won.

   Our bodies are made up of 5 elements - earth, air, fire, water, ether - all that must be weighed against the other to create a rich environment for growth and expansion.

   For example, if you are floating up in the ethers all the time - head in the clouds - no expansion happens until you meet ground.

   We had a long rainy week back at the beginning of July, and I realized I needed a lot to dry out the soils or my being-ness - cue the fire and air elements to balance out all that water and ground that had turned to mud.

   True health - embodied wholeness - is always asking where more cowbell is needed (what to feed) and what to starve - temporarily as we are always in flux. In drought, water is needed. This impacts you at a sub-cellular level.

   There is no final balance achieved in static time, you play and dance always making tweaks with love in the makeup of your being-ness.

3. Listening to Dreams. My dreams have been speaking to me again.

   After a long while.

   New doors open in these dreams, a way for God Consciousness to hand us puzzle pieces we would never find in our waking human life.

   For me, these dreams become channels that become videos that support those choosing New Life.

   I’ll talk more about that in the video.

   Yet, they also are about my personal hopes and dreams coming through the veils to bloom here in the state of no separation.

4. Brain Waves and the Quality of Thoughts. One of my recent dreams had a list of things to do.

   One was thinking positively. Yep.

   As the relationship becomes more singular between mind and body, the quality of our thoughts become even more important for this is no lag time between thoughts and the body’s operations.

   Singular Communications Network calls for full presence in essence. For all is immediate and efficient. Access to subconscious layers meet no resistance. You stay always with what is.

   Also, before going to bed, I have been going through the brain waves. Without having a mental framework. Or research.

   It looks like:

   here’s an alpha wave (feeling) beta (matching body sensation), theta (matching data in the body), gamma (same).

   I have been running that through in meditation too. Feeling ZERO divide between mind and body. The conversation that has been occurring between the two has turned it into a one - at least for now - because no state is permanent.

5. Lymph. This is how our body gets rid of toxins, the copious amounts of old Pisces Age programming, yet it has no valve built into the standard design biology.

   Best way for me (and I am no doctor) has been breathing that expands the ribcage in all directions. Not belly breathing. Diaphragm expansion. Pumping the old out and down.

6. Breath. The quality of thoughts and brain wave activity and breath. So tied together. Connecting breath to mind and heart as DK showed us.

7. Trusting Vision, Waiting on Timing. My vision of what we are creating is beyond solid in form, yet it sits waiting for the pulses of consciousness that dictation next moves and my feelers are highly attuned as to what pace to deliver energy and set up for the next wave that will dump even more Christos Consciousness into this world.

   I also have on my list - from the vision - to create a graphic, better understanding of how the New Light Wave Influx dynamics work.

   All of this comes from visions - any books or videos or other are means to understand the vision, not to create one. The flow is backwards for most humans.

   Vision Established you can then move with grace using time and gravity and space in your creative favor. Or in my case, in God’s creative favor.

8. Investing in Relationship. Addressing everything head on like you will die tomorrow. Saying the things you need to say. Listening with the ears of God.

   Prioritizing giving - receiving (not taking) relationships and cultivating a supportive environment - even if it is empty for a bit - is important in this New Energy Era.

   If Yeshua taught anything, he taught us to start at home first.

   What good is your grand fancy enlightenment if you haven’t mastered being human, which begets connection, and requires decency?

   I have been investing in relationships that harvest new energy and turning my back - more gently than before - with compassion on those that do not.

9. God. God. God God. I have told you the story of the advice I received at my awakening: “As often as you can think about God.”

   It sounds too simple but try it.

   Spending you precious mind resources on the divine leaves no room for worry or doubt or lower level timelines.

   People say they are empty. But to me that is simply a place holder for when God makes His/ Her/ Its debut.

   Faith is what keeps the placeholder empty - not filling up with the junk - for when it’s divine timing for the infinite fountain to sprout there in that ‘empty’ chalice.

   The singular communications network is the wide open ‘pipe’ for all of the true abundance to flow through when it unlocks and begins to flood out.

   If you are not yet receiving, get ready to receive. You want the clean cup for when the fine wine arrives.

   Brush your teeth (meditation) so you have your pearly whites ready for that big smile that will appear on your face.

10. Sleep. Rest.

    True Rest is a gravity less suspension. DK said it months ago.

    And through his pointer I have navigated through sensation to find such a place.

    I pulled out my compass, set it on true rest, and then followed that arrow pointer called gnost.

    Getting actually sleep where the mind and body are fully at rest is so key to making these quantum jumps.
