WHAT IS WORKING! Pointers for embodying the New Energy Era

This Sunday, I wanted to share a few pointers for what’s working for me in the face of so many unknown unknowns as this New Energy Era continues to deliver things beyond human imagination.

First, at its core cosmic energy is about expansion.

Expansion through simultaneous awareness.

It’s about being able to see the big picture of cosmic changes

AND being able to hold that awareness while moving through day to day life embodied.

Let’s say you are washing the dishes in the sink.

You are fully aware of your biological body and its movements.

You are fully aware of thoughts and what’s occurring in the mind.

You are fully aware of how you - as Spirit individualized - are feeling.

You can feel the pulse and the rhythm of your I Am consciousness in your breath, heartbeat, and circulation from feet to head.

You can also gaze into the cosmic makeup of All of Creation.

THE MORE YOU SLOW DOWN IN LIFE; THE MORE ACCESS TO COSMIC ENERGY YOU WILL INVITE INTO THE PERSONAL EXPRESSION OF I AM.

Capacity is the Light Body Code that allows all the streams to play simultaneously as a symphony.

You lose contact with the cosmic energy - well, you simply pause and bring it back into the mix.

You stop being aware of your body - well, you simply pause and bring it back into the mix.

Capacity is simply about folding everything into the light of awareness in a gentle and welcoming way

- knowing there’s not a finish line when you’re talking about infinite energy.

Capacity to hold simultaneous expressions IS Expansion of the Cosmos.

This moves beyond the old ways of setting aside a time to think about God, then setting aside a time to tend to your human needs, then setting aside a time to process and heal.

The categorization of the old Atlntean designed mind - well, the walls between this and that come down - in a deeply tangible expression that is the biology.

When I catch the remnants of the old mind, trying to categorize (control) and sort, I know I need to go even slower to allow everything to gel again.

The contraction gives a key push - an indicator - a check engine light - to go in and service the NEW.

By that, I mean simply put your focus, your precious attention on what is New, to re-direct the flow.

Second, nothing is happening outside of you or without you.

When the masters talk about the Age of Aquarius as a runway for parallel realities to intersect…

Those intersections are happening through you and within you.

Just like time and space move through you, not the other way around.

The expansion in the cosmos is YOU.

It moves through YOU.

The biological body is the dristi point - the essential expression - of I Am Consciousness.

The light of awareness shines through YOU - creating prisms of expression - within you, but also in alteration of the entire cosmos.

Third, that’s why it’s so important to tend to your own garden.

The health of the cosmos is not independent of you, it requires your full participation.

The Light Body Codes are tools for tending to your own garden.

Immediacy - Efficiency - Access - Knowingness - Capacity

A garden must be watered, soils tilled, weeded….

overall, it simply requires your attention.

When you place your attention on what’s New, it grows.

When you place your attention on old limitations, they grow.

Meditation - my personal experience - is when I focus on the one NEW ‘thing’ in my garden.

I remove the weeds around it.

I make sure the soil is balanced for it to continue to grow.

I make sure it’s getting light.

This makes space for the NEW to multiply, to generate more new.

Without meditation or full blown awareness, I’d be playing defense against life/ duality/ environment/ samsaras.

I’d be trying to protect what little I had in my garden, fighting for it.

Constriction - scarcity - that’s not a you thing. that’s an old program thing.

Never mistake that for your personality, who you truly are.

With meditation, that tiny new sprout that’s popped up IS the potential to become an ever-generating source of personally fulfilled happiness.

Something that oozes expansion.

But I would have never spotted it had I not slowed down enough to what what IS blooming, rather than what is dying off.

Waiting to pay attention to something until it becomes an emergency… that’s the opposite of the immediacy and efficiency codes.

Staying curious about the whole thing

- well, that the play we all signed up for -

brave, bold, beautiful souls incarnating at a time when fun/ play/ abundance does more than satisfy you,

but changes the entire trajectory of a new cosmos to come.

How much say you/ we have in it all, well it’s staggering.

Babaji’s Cosmic Shift Update & Mataji’s Light Codes for the new energy era

Overview

This session, led by Lauren Hutton of the Kainos and the New Energy Era channel, serves as a comprehensive status update on the spiritual and cosmic project she has been working on for over 12 years. For the first time, Lauren was given permission to publicly share her relationship and work with two descended masters — Babaji and Mataji — and to provide a big-picture update on the current state of the New Energy Era transition.

Key Distinction: Descended Masters vs. Ascended Masters

• Ascended Masters: Beings who have completed their earthly purpose and exist beyond the veil, without a physical body.

• Descended Masters (Avatars): Beings who have chosen to descend their consciousness back toward Earth; "avatar" literally means "descended consciousness."

• Babaji and Mataji fall into this category — they maintain an energetic expression on Earth and are actively involved in the current cosmic transition.

Lauren's Personal History with Babaji & MATAJI

• First encounter with Babaji (2013–2014): Through a being named "Tre" (identified as a cosmic expression of Yeshua), Lauren was taken via astral travel to meet Babaji, who simply held her hands. She later confirmed his identity through a Google search.

• Second major encounter (February 2017 - I said the wrong date in the video): While driving in Colorado, Babaji redirected her into a forest and showed her a holographic globe with lights activating in every country — a vision she now understands as the New Energy Network, not merely an "enlightenment map."

• Babaji's message: She was an already-enlightened master who had been studying a spiritual organization to learn "what not to do."

• In 2018, she was released from that organization and directed to begin her own work in preparation for the Age of Aquarius.

• Mataji: Described as a deeply personal relationship; Mataji was Lauren's mother in a past lifetime and has been actively working with her on refining her light body expression.

• Atlantean connection: Lauren recalls first meeting Babaji after the fall of Atlantis, where she and Morya landed in what is now Wales and reconciled with Babaji, who represented the tribal communities impacted by Atlantean civilization. This marked the beginning of their long collaborative relationship.

New Energy Network — Current Status Update

• The New Energy Network now has active engagement from 58 countries worldwide.

• Its core purpose is to anchor Christos consciousness on Earth — defined as the coalescence of energy and consciousness, rather than their separation.

  Key functions of the network:

• Anchor Christos consciousness on Earth first, so it can then reach all of creation.

• Stop energy wars occurring not just on Earth, but throughout all of creation.

• Promote the expansion of the universe — scientists are reportedly observing evidence of the universe's edges expanding for the first time in a very long time.

• Each person anchoring this consciousness acts like an acupuncture needle placed strategically across the Earth, creating a living energetic grid.

Babaji's Key Message: Clarifying the "Spiritual Soup"

• Babaji draws a direct parallel between the current era and the transition from the Arian Age to the Piscean Age (the time of Yeshua):

• Both periods are characterized by widespread confusion, false prophecies, and fear-based narratives — what Babaji calls "spiritual soup."

• YouTube is identified as the modern equivalent of the ancient marketplace where ideas were exchanged.

  The real "split" being discussed:

• The popular narrative of "New Earth vs. Old Earth" is described as a Piscean age, dualistic mind construct — a limited either/or framework.

• The actual split is between the Piscean Age paradigm and the Aquarian Age / New Energy Era paradigm.

• Piscean Age: Suffering is required; spiritual life demands retreat from the world; you must choose between being a householder or a spiritual master.

• New Energy Era: You can be fully engaged in life — working, having a family, interacting with the world — while simultaneously experiencing deep awakenings, Shakti flow, and mystical states.

• What "getting on the ship" actually means (referencing St. G's prior message):

• It means aligning with the New Energy Era and releasing old Piscean Age spiritual frameworks.

• It is not about choosing between two Earths — it is about participating in a full cosmic event, with embodied humans holding VIP front-row seats.

Shambala — Status Update

• Shambala is not a physical place; it is a frequency, a state of being, in which energy and consciousness are fully coalesced into a self-renewing, self-generating system (also described by Kuthumi as "the fountain within").

• Key clarification from Babaji: Shambala was never hidden. It was simply inaccessible to those who had not undergone the purification process (the Agni fire initiation) required to develop the light body.

• Governments (including the Nazis and Soviet Russia) searched for Shambala seeking to control its power — and failed, because access requires inner work, not external force.

• Current development: Shambala is in the process of breaking off as an overlay over Earth and forming its own planetary expression.

• Its sun — the Great Central Sun — is a metaphor for God-consciousness / Source.

• If sufficient momentum is built with the Age of Aquarius, the Great Central Sun of Shambala has the potential to become the actual center of the cosmos, creating infinite energy and ending energy wars throughout all of creation.

Light Body Expression — Progress Report (MATAJI's Work)

• Matajii has been working with Lauren for approximately two months on refining subtle energy body shifts to advance the light body expression experience.

  Two key experiential milestones were reported:

• Experience 1 — Body regulates a chaotic mind: Lauren's mind went into fear and worry (about her health), but her body remained fully regulated from the neck down. The body acted as the observer, calling the mind back into alignment.

• Experience 2 — Mind regulates a dysregulated body: Lauren's mind was completely clear and stable while her body became fragmented and dysregulated. The clear mind called the body back into safety and alignment.

  Significance of these experiences:

• In typical human experience, when one system (mind or body) dysregulates, the other follows — resulting in total chaos.

• These experiences demonstrate a light body code in which mind and body can operate as independent, self-correcting systems, each capable of pulling the other back into cohesion.

• Key light body codes identified: Immediacy, Efficiency, and Capacity.

• Embodied Gnost (Knowingness):

• "Gnost" refers to an embodied knowingness that replaces the reactive human mind.

• When nost is fully embodied in both mind and body, they operate in tandem — each capable of stabilizing the other when one goes out of alignment.

• This is described as the singular communications network St. G has referenced, and is also how Shakti operates at its highest level.

EXTREME EXPOSURE & RADICAL CHANGE: Video + More depth in written word

Hi friends,

I recorded this video yesterday, thinking - well - that was a simple message.

Then I spent the evening hours through this morning really feeling into the dynamics of light that the GWB is asking me to exude in this time between New Light Waves 2 & 3 - and if I’m being honest with you, it makes me want to cry overwhelm.

I die again and then I’m fine like nothing happened.

My brain is completely blitzed with everything together all at once.

And this it’s like there’s absolutely no reference point.

I THOUGHT WE WERE BETWEEN WAVES?! ~ Silly Human

POINTER: If you don’t like how you feel, give it a minute as it will change that quickly.

Most people conceptualize so hard, they actually cannot feel.

So be blessed knowing that you can, in fact, feel - IMMEDIACY code.

The only words I could come up with were:

E—X-T-R-E-M-E

E-X-P-O-S-U-R-E

That’s the overall sense.

Extreme exposure to THE Light.

Even more than the Light of Awareness,

I feel the concentration of the light that radiates from the Great Central Sun - of Shambhala.

That’s where all the masters are sitting as I type this.

Even Tobias and Yeshua were there this morning.

The Light of Awareness is just as potent - but in Central Sun Form it becomes almost laser beam level

- more acute, more severe even.

Change cannot be bypassed or rationalized away.

The Amount of Change

- Change = Vulnerability + Action -

this New Energy Era is asking from each of us is immeasurable.

You can’t just go back into “Piscean Age Obscurity” as Jen with Glasses called it recently.

You’ll want to, but all that will do is suck you back into timelines that are collapsing yet again.

Going into Piscean Age obscurity is akin to going ahead and drowning again at the Fall in Atlantis.

In Atlantis, the leap required admitting sovereignty was real.

Being as there wasn’t even the language for alone or individual, it was quite the leap.

Here in the New Energy Era, the leap feels right now like admitting God is real and you have absolutely no choice but to follow it.

Human has no real choice other than to follow it.

And therein lies the change that this New Energy Era is asking of all of us.

At least any I can find the words for right now.

It has me thinking a lot about the Light Body Code of ACCESS - Morya’s favorite.

Access to subconscious information, parts and pieces, shadows that haven’t been looked at in aeons…

The space where the wounds never healed, yet scabbed over for the sake of survival.

Deep buried secrets of cosmic domination and power and control games from other civilizations.

More so, all the timeS and spaceS you sold yourselves short, in all areas of Creation.

For so many humans on Earth, they simply won’t be able to handle opening up to all this deeply stored information.

For so many humans in the spiritual world, they simply do not have the courage, humility, and tenacity it takes to dive that deep…

To say my life doesn’t match my insides.

Many will cover up the point to ACCESS, with Piscean Age teachings.

They’ll go back to seemingly simple spiritual truths.

But the thing is:

What they are calling simplicity - well, it’s really limitation.

“I’ll just breathe and everything will work out.”

“I don’t need to go that deep.”

“It will all just take care of itself while I put my blinders on where I’m comfortable.”

Going back to the dogmas of a spiritual era that is fighting tooth and nail to survive the inevitable changing tides.

Thing is:

Those who are willing to be uncomfortable.

Those who are willing to look at every spiritual tool as a dogma to either re-write or throw out.

Those willing to admit there’s more to look at in the deep recesses of the subsconscious that the ACCESS code provides.

Well, they will be the ones reaping the rewards on the other side of these massive shifts.

It’s what you signed up for after all.

Further, confidence and humility are not two opposing forces.

You cannot have one without the other.

When those connect, the real change begins.

One more further, the Kainos Trinity of Faith - Clarity - Compassion seems to happen on a spiraled wheel.

The clarity comes - you see the change.

You have the balls to hang onto it.

With the required compassion for missing it before.

Faith is how you take the next step into the unknown unknowns.

A new ground is established.

Rinse and repeat.

Change is a constant.

Change is God.

God is change.

The Age of Aquiarius is the Era where the human has the hutzpa - bold, blazing audacity - to follow it.

NOPE, IT’S NOT JUST YOU. THIS COSMIC ENERGY IS WILD!

The Plasmic Cosmic Love Stuff…

I’ve received enough notes - as well as personal experiences here in my body of consciousness - that I felt this MUST be the topic of the Sunday newsletter.

An attempt to get some sort of record down on paper for after we’re all long gone.

Bob shared this on one of our donor videos:

“The amount and intensity of energy and sensations moving through my body in the past six months is huge. Slowly, I get used to it.

Initially, it was intense over short time frames, especially when waking up. Now it is less intense and throughout the day from morning to night, the locations shift. It's a wide range of sensations.”

I too am feeling the location shifts, timeline shifts beyond any baseline I have established over the years.

In other words: divine ground is moving in ineffable ways.

Another private share from someone’s return from the France event:

“Much going on at this end. Have been feeling and experiencing the ‘flow of life’ in a completely new way. I didn’t know what it was before but now it’s tangible.

I’ve had a cosmic heart integration where the heart of light (with kaleidoscopic patterns, colous and codes) connected up to my physical heart.

It was wild. I was aware my physical heart felt flat and then last week I saw and experienced the ‘light’ one connect up with it.

It just happened one day. I am not 100% sure what to do with it yet but I know it’s there…”

Another private share on the old ‘safety’ ground de-stabilizing upon return from the France event:

“The other night in a deep and overwhelming sensual experience I felt the depths of how love is a given affects the sense of safety.

Not just physical safety but emotional safety and how that ties to the most basic interactions (with self or others) - creating space for honesty, deep vulnerability, internal exploration and a continual expansion.”

Oozing vulnerability is so key in this - something that was so bypassed in the Piscean Age.

I always like to find an analogy - so I’ll walk you through it below.

In traditional tarot, the five of cups is represents loss or grief.

A man stands looking at the three overturned cups, turning his back - unable to see the two that are left standing.

All the cosmic parts and pieces (aspects) who thought Earth would be the solution to the energy wars in All of Creation are often looking at those spilled cups - a lack of solution for the energy impasse.

The earthly aspects are looking for solution through I Am Forgiveness and once that occurs, it can stretch out to those cosmic parts who do not quite understand humanity in full.

Once integrated into this very special lifetime - enabled by the opening of the passageways in All of Creation - we have the newly generated five of cups card on the right.

Many battles were lost, yet the cups filled with energy in one and consciousness in the other are still left standing.

The relationship between Shiva & Shakti.

The relationship between you and You.

Then You and You.

A two-way conversation with God.

I Am Forgiveness as Alchemy.

Those two elements - energy and consciousness - can be brought together to form Christos Consciousness.

New Energy.

Love.

When all the cosmic parts and pieces - cosmic energy integration - occurs.

This New Energy Love goes Cosmic.

I had such an overwhelming experience on Thursday night, where I began swimming in this cosmic love plasma - something so pure it scared me. The after effects were quite staggering too, which started the next morning.

Extreme attacks from all directions all day Friday. A static energy that says, “no, you cannot have that.”

It was extremely painful to move from the cosmic love plasma to the full blown attacks - on the technology… on my character… and even trying to alter my brain chemistry - those old Atlantean warlocks who violated so many cosmic laws to control that still exist in the body of consciousness of so many.

I was in so much pain until just now - 1 pm Saturday.

I can’t even describe it yet.

It’s a known unknown.

Things we are aware of - but do not yet understand.

A blank slate lies out before me again. What?!

In order to bring that into a known known - things we are aware of and do understand - WE are going to have to do some digging.

WHY AREN’T MY CREATIONS BLOOMING?

This morning I awoke to an image - I’m pretty sure it was a gift from Master DK.

On the left, he showed me the tree WE - together - have been growing from seed and watering for more than a decade.

It’s the NEW ENERGY ERA tree, he said.

You see New Energy cannot be owned, managed, or groomed from the I/me/my identity.

He said, you know this, and that is why this tree grows.

Its health comes from, is attributed to the fact that it was not grown for personal gain.

Or to fill a hole in an I/ME/ MY limited human experience.

This tree was cared for and grown so anyone - any souled being in All of Creation - could come find some shade and rest under its huge canopy of lush branches.

It was grown from seed and attended to with proper soil, sun, water, appreciation and LOVE for all of humanity and all souled beings in All of Creation.

It does not belong to anyone and cannot be possessed, managed, duplicated, or used for force.

So what’s the image on the right?

Often enough to mention, people come to hang out under the New Energy Tree.

Being entranced by the abundance and radiance of the tree, they think ‘ahhh, I could take this for myself.’

And in this entrancement, the shadows of the ego begin to plot - usually subconsciously.

If this tree is so magical, I can just rip off a branch, stick it in the soils of my unrealized darkness and bring myself to light.

Forget everyone else, this tree will be all for me. I know how to grow and use it better.

Sometimes there’s a: Next, I’ll try to move everyone from the New Energy tree over to my personal tree so they can see how ‘right’ I am.

Thus, a branch is broken off by the ignorance of ego identity and stuck into the ground of untilled soils.

Because the intent was not there to support humanity and all souled beings in all of creation (the necessary seed)…

Because the ground was not tilled through humility inducing self-inquiry that churns darkness to light…

The branch inevitably dies, having no roots, no good soil, and not even a seed to sprout.

Those who went to the other tree in hopes of personal gain leave as quickly as they came -

for there is no shade or rest to be had there.

As they return for the shade and rest provided, the NEW ENERGY TREE - that belongs to no one - begins to smile.

A new branch spouts, making the canopy larger for even more sovereign souls to gather.

The roots grower deeper - so deep the tree can withstand any storm, branch stealing, or drought.

The person who stole the branch sulks, alone and empty.

They may die on that sword - ego refusing to let go this lifetime cycle.

Yet, the NEW ENERGY TREE is there to welcome that soul back at any time.

I Am Forgiveness is a given.

Love is given.

All that need occur is the eyes to see and the ears to hear.

This is Compassion.

In my twelve years of teaching and growing this New Energy Tree - that has never ever belonged to me - this has happened to varying degrees.

Energetically mostly - and again this year, physically, someone trying to sell a branch they ripped off the tree.

This is not the first time and it will not be the last.

But the story always ends the same for there’s nothing new or unique about duality.

I rest deeply knowing that New Energy can never be used that way.

The branches will always grow back bigger and better and brighter in the place where the branch was stolen.

The ground will always be level under the tree’s branches - for hierarchy is one of the greatest illusions.

Let’s say you are in a tough human situation.

Let’s say you broke your leg.

Let’s say you are in financial need.

Instead of going to the Atlantean programming of poor me and what do I do now….

Take a pause to feel into how many other souled beings on Earth are in the same boat.

“Gosh, I wonder how many other beings are struggling with not being able to walk on Earth right now.

What a rough experience this is - as I am learning - to have to rely on others for support and wonder if that support will come.”

“Jeeze, keeping financially afloat in this world is no small task.

I wonder how many other souled beings are grappling with the same struggle as me.”

Compassion is so much more than human empathy.

It is creative.

Tapping into the whole, removes that entitlement piece Yeshua talked about.

“Why would my experience be any different from the rest of humanity?

Am I not part of the whole?”

Further, it expands the mind in such a way - beyond entitlement to be special and exempt from what all humanity must experience -

It expands the mind in such a way that a creative solution will have the space to appear.

And, as the creative solution appears, it also grows another branch on the New Energy Tree in benefit of All.

The New Energy Era Needs You!

Ushering in the Age of Aquarius.

Bringing forth the New Energy Era.

It’s not going to land and anchor without you.

So what’s your role or position?

One of the greatest shifts from the Piscean Age to the Aquarian Age is the fact that YOU matter.

There’s not a hierarchical structure anymore, where one leader is responsible for all the work.

YOU are so needed.

Instead, what is occurring is we are forming a New Energy network.

A runway for parallell realities to intersect.

One where each sovereign being has huge shoes to fill.

One that is free of a hierarchical structure.

I decided to break these down by the elements.

In the top left corner, we have AIR, depicted by Wind.

This is for those whose gifts are in the realm of imagination.

Imagining a healthy, peaceful cosmos full of love for example.

Imaging a world full of loving human interactions and respect.

Imagining the human species going NEW.

Imaging a life free from suffering.

Wind is also a great spreader of mustard seeds as mentioned in the parable of the sower

• which I cover below.

In the lower left corner, we have FIRE.

This is for those who gifts lie in the realm of transmutation.

Those who make a sport out of phoenix-ing.

Bringing everything dual up to the surface with compassion, clarity and faith.

For example, looking at the imbalances between masculine and feminine on Earth with clear eyes and an open heart.

What needs to be alchemized on Earth to support a healthy cosmos.

Like a natural forest fire, this transmutation fertilizes the soils of Earth, enabling the Christos Consciousness to bloom on Earth.

As we see in the parable of the sower, mustard seeds cannot grow on rocky ground, so fire sets the soil up for the seeds to bloom.

In the upper right corner, we have WATER.

Malleable you in a malleable reality. Deep roots and a flexible body as Kuthumi likes to say.

Watering the tilled soils for the mustard seeds to grow.

Water is not only malleable and fluid, it can also be fierce.

Clearing the way for the New Energy Era.

It’s also giving the Yeshua symbol of a fish swimming upstream against the masses.

Water is also a letting go of a firm, fixed I/me/my identity

- one that will never understand sovereignty as long as it stays in a tightly woven package.

In the lower right corner, we have EARTH.

This is the grounded alignment that the New Energy Era calls for.

Rather than lofty spirituality that bypasses the beautiful complexity that is humanity on Earth.

Feet dug like deep tree roots into the soils of Earth - especially important in the absence of Gaia.

This earth is ripe for the mustard seeds to sprout.

The fifth element not depicted is ETHER.

Ether is the void, the dark matter.

Ether is the mother substance.

Ether is the unmanifested state.

Everything in the universe comes from it and will eventually return to it.

Energy returns to Source and it becomes something NEW.

Ether in the body is represented by the space between the cells.

Though it has no image, ether can be conveyed by sound.

In yogic philosophy, the sense associated with ether is sound Shabda.

Sound requires space to travel, and the vibration of unmanifested consciousness is seen as the root of creation.

The PaRable of the Sower

“The kingdom is like a mustard seed,which a man took and planted in his field. Though it is the smallest of all seeds, yet when it grows, it is the largest of garden plants and becomes a tree, so that the birds come and perch in its branches.”

In the parable, a man takes a tiny mustard seed and sows it in his garden or field.

Though the seed is famously noted to be smaller than all other seeds, it grows into one of the largest of all garden plants — often likened to a tree with large branches — where the birds of the air come and perch.

The primary message is that NEW ENERGY ‘work’ may begin in quiet, insignificant, or seemingly invisible ways, but it holds the power to expand into something massive and undeniable.

The parable acts as a reminder that small acts of faith, clarity, and compassion can lead to profoundly large and unexpected impacts.

Yeshua even spoke on how it brings abundance not only to the world, but to your personal lives as well - in all areas.

Tone gets emails that say: I am working too hard to watch the GWB series. I am studying for a test and don’t have time. My life is too busy.

But when you activate your own position in the New Energy Era those needs will be met too. These are the secrets of creation.

I’m not a perfect human - in fact, I am quite messy - yet this I live, know, and breath each and everyday.

Abundance so full, I wake up everyday at 4 am to give you more seeds. For my satchel of seeds is infinite.

13 That same day Jesus went out of the house and sat by the lake.

2 Such large crowds gathered around him that he got into a boat and sat in it, while all the people stood on the shore.

3 Then he told them many things in parables, saying: “A farmer went out to sow his seed.

4 As he was scattering the seed, some fell along the path, and the birds came and ate it up.

5 Some fell on rocky places, where it did not have much soil. It sprang up quickly, because the soil was shallow.

20 The seed falling on rocky ground refers to someone who hears the word and at once receives it with joy.

When trouble or persecution comes because of the word, they quickly fall away.

22 The seed falling among the thorns refers to someone who hears the word, but the worries of this life and the deceitfulness of wealth choke the word, making it unfruitful.

23 But the seed falling on good soil refers to someone who hears the word and understands it.

This is the one who produces a crop, yielding a hundred, sixty or thirty times what was sown.”

Each and every time we gather, I watch how the seeds fall.

Who grabs them up and runs away as quickly as they came.

Barely a thank you, if at all.

A quickly arriving inspiration that will surely fade as quickly as it came - as they have no roots.

One who worries about their own personal needs becoming blind and deaf to the abundance that already surrounds them.

Yet, there’s always a few who bother to hear AND see.

Their pockets get filled.

Their plate is never empty.

And effort becomes fruitful, rather than a looping, meaninglessness, treadmill to no where.

These 5 elements above are all about that.

You master them, and you’ll understand the entirety of Creation.

Do it for YOU - not ‘you’ - and all will be taken care of - in All of Creation.

INTRODUCTION — HOME FROM THE EUROPE TOUR

[00:00] Oh my goodness, hello beautiful friends. I'm back in my home recording studio. It is super hot and humid in Texas — we're in full-blown summer, hence the wild hair and the sundress. No way you can wear my normal black uniform in this heat. I'm so glad to be back in the studio. I got home from our European tour about eight days ago maybe, and that has been interesting. I'm just getting my voice back. So I wanted to share so many good things with you.

[00:39] Our topic today is drenched in new energy love — new love, which is Christos consciousness, beyond cosmic consciousness. I'm going to talk a little bit about that today. I have Morya behind me holding the masculine banks of the river so I can be my normal feminine self — barefoot in my sundress — and have him hold the back end, because I did a lot of holding in the Europe events. I gotta say, every single person who came to our in-person events was so amazing, and I just really appreciate you. And to the five brave bold men who came, thank you so much. The world needs you. The world needs more conscious men. Of course all the lovely ladies who came are just as amazing, and there is beyond gender right — there's beyond gender and we can all tap into that as well.

[01:42] I have a lot of stuff to cover today. I want to talk about three principles of the love-is-a-given reality of the Christos consciousness, but first I wanted to read a few things from people who went on our tour.


TESTIMONIALS FROM THE EUROPE TOUR

[01:54] Ursula, who came to all three of our events and was one of the hostesses for the Germany event — she did an amazing job. She said: "Thank you to all the wonderful people I've had the privilege of meeting over the past three weeks in three different countries. So much was possible because people stepped aside to make room and give voice to their divinity. That creates hope." I couldn't have said it better myself. So much of the spiritual world is trying to figure out romantic relationships, trying to figure out this or that, to get to enlightenment, to get to that. If you take that identity that's trying to arrive somewhere — to figure out relationships, to get to enlightenment — that mental Atlantean design mind construct identity — if that steps aside, which it did in every single one of our events in Germany, Romania, and France, when it steps aside that's when love can be found and anchored on earth. And by love I mean new energy metaphysical love, an equation — new energy physics of love, Christos consciousness. That's what Ursula was really talking about in her note.

[03:44] Andrea, who came to our Germany event, wrote: "It feels like emerging from obscurity — from the age of Pisces, from silent suffering, from speechless and passive acceptance — moving toward honest communication, making contact, forging connections, bringing things out into the open, giving voice to them, and laying them on the table so that suffering can no longer take root. For me, my encounters with all of you were so precious and sacred, so incredibly healing, authentic, and full of joy. Is this not what makes life worth living? Have we not all longed for genuine contact and connection?" Oh my god, Andrea, we have. I was longing for genuine contact and connection, which is why I created these events, so we could all create it together. "Within me lies a deep gratitude for this glimpse of what is possible." Me too Andrea, thank you so much.

[05:03] Teresa — I love you so much. She wrote: "Thank you so much for everything. This event was truly beyond words, I'm still trying to find some. Being in your presence creates such a clear, precise but loving mirror to my human pattern. Seeing you in your glorious humanity and divinity combined creates such a great standard and possibility for me, and being in a group with other like-hearted, loving and such beautiful friends is the icing on the cake. You and the GWB were working with me way before the meeting and you still are — I can feel it — such a huge but gentle and grounded shift. Thank you so very much."


THE NEED FOR CONSCIOUS CONNECTION — PISCEAN TO AQUARIAN AGE

[05:49] Teresa, I mean, there's all these people out there — people do this all the time with the materials that the GWB put out. They grasp it and then they start a blog and they start teaching it. Someone gets to an arrival point, now they're gonna teach the light body. Someone reaches enlightenment, now they're gonna teach enlightenment. What people really truly need, moving from the Piscean age to the age of Aquarius — if you're going to be successful in that shift — people are dying for conscious connection. [missing] I feel it so deeply, and that's what these events have to offer.

[06:56] You know, I don't make so much money on the events. A lot of time, effort, planning. We have all volunteers who help run them — everyone did an amazing job, thank you so much. When I got home, in a seemingly random series of events, God sent me my paycheck. And if you're in the GWB donor series you'll know that when, instead of asking what do I want to create, what do I want to do to get recognition, you flip the script and ask spirit, source, God consciousness: what do you want to express through me? All your bills will always be paid. God wanted me to express bringing as many of you together as I could. It's a lot of hard work — contract negotiations, getting everybody there, the legal part, the refunds, the I'm-in-I'm-out. At the end comes the nice big check from God: job well done, here you go.

[09:05] For those of you in our donor series program — where you can donate any amount and get all the materials, it's pay what you can or pay what you want — we're about to load you up. The GWB has been knocking on my door. They told me to back off until my voice came back. It's still a little wobbly. I talk a lot, I socialize a lot — give me a glass of wine and you're gonna hear 700 crazy stories about my life. But as soon as it fully returns I am going to load you guys up on the donor series. All the videos we got in Europe — I'm not going to sell them, I don't need to, I don't want to. I want them to go in the right hands. We're not a corporation. I have other businesses that pay my bills, so I don't have to suck you dry for information you have to have and can't get anywhere else — that is so gross, it literally makes me want to vomit. So the materials from all three events will slowly make their way on to our donor page.


NEW LIGHTWAVE 2.0 RECAP — IDENTITY AS THE BARRIER TO LOVE

[10:22] After the event I realized we've done so much. We had the new Lightwave 2.0 — that started in October with our Canada event and finished at the end of April. And then in May we took all the gifts of that new Lightwave, which was really moving beyond identity. Because identity is the greatest barrier to love. The greatest barrier to love is that identity that has it all figured out, that wants to break down relationship dynamics, to see how a man and woman can get together, make everything work — let's analyze it, let's write about it. If you go online, it is saturated with influencers talking about how you can get this guy to like you or this girl to like you. Or you could just enter Shambhala, the kingdom, where love is a given. It's not going to come together down there. It's going to come together up here.


TEACHING POINT 1 — IS THE BODY THE KINGDOM OR SHAMBHALA?

[12:26] So I wanted to talk about three things, and then I'm going to talk about what we did in France afterwards. I gotta point out I've got my lavender roses that Morya always makes sure the store has when I get home. And Tammy got me Pocket Jesus — so now I have Pocket Jesus sitting right here. He went on the whole trip with me. It's like: okay, shit's hitting the fan, but Jesus is in my pocket.

[12:33] One of you asked me to talk about whether the body is the kingdom or Shambhala. Yeshua told us: one cannot look here or there — behold, the kingdom is within you. And it is within you. But the reason we do the light body codes — the whole point is not to become superhuman or have bragging rights on social media. The point of the light body is to become a vessel for the will of God, to be able to contain the Christ consciousness while maintaining a physical form, so you can anchor the Christ consciousness on earth. New energy and Christos consciousness — Christos means new — are the same thing. We just use "new energy" because it sounds shinier and fresher. Christos consciousness has a heavy connotation, but they are one and the same.

[13:20] So the body is not the kingdom, but altering the carbon of this biological form enough gives you access to the light. You're not shining your light — it doesn't belong to your identity. The light belongs to no one to shine. The carbon of this biological form needs to be altered enough to be able to withstand and hold the light. This does not happen in a linear process. This does not happen overnight in a flash — if it does, you would be very very sick for a while. You'd get it all done quick but then you'd have a tough time landing back on earth and functioning in life. So we promote, as we did in our Germany event, doing it at your own pace. That gives you access to the kingdom. The body is not where the kingdom is found, but altering the carbon of this physical form gives you access to the kingdom or Shambhala.

[14:34] There are all these new earths forming around earth. A lot of the fancy hundred-thousand-view YouTube channels are talking about the split this way or that way, new earth or old — but that's kind of laughable from an ascended master point of view and from a GWB point of view, because so many planets are forming around classic earth or old earth as we speak. The new earth that most people are talking about is not the kingdom or Shambhala. The kingdom or Shambhala is something that Yeshua taught and shared through his training with masters from the Far East. It predated Yeshua's incarnation on earth. However, Yeshua was the one who was bringing it up to the surface through the introduction of the Piscean age.

[15:31] Yeshua came to introduce the Piscean age. I, and we, and you, are arrived and incarnated to introduce the age of Aquarius. It wasn't going to be one person, because the age of Aquarius is moving from that solitary cave-monk — you know, I only watch spiritual videos in my bedroom and I never leave the house — kind of thing. The age of Aquarius is being pulled in to the earth grids, classic earth grids. It feels like a runway for parallel realities to land, to refract and reflect and then absorb energy and consciousness, creating a cohesive weaving of all these different realities to come together in what is the age of Aquarius, the new energy era. It's new, it's fresh, it's Kainos. So going back to the main point — altering this carbon to adjust to these new energies, which include a massive influx of cosmic energy. The passageways to all of creation opened up in 2023. They continue to open up.


NEW LIGHTWAVE SERIES — WHAT'S COMING IN 3.0

[16:56] We did so much work during this new Lightwave influx 2.0. We focused on identity in this one. In the new Lightwave influx the first one, we focused on the nervous system and kind of got our bearings — we started to go into thought patterns and stuff and then the masters realized it's too much. So the new Lightwave 3.0 will be focusing on brain waves, and allowing the mind to come along — connecting mind and heart, like DK brought up and talked to us about. That's going to be the new Lightwave 3.0. I'm going to go really into brain waves and cultivating a mind that can not only comprehend the infinite, but also a mind that can comprehend love. That's what we're gonna do in the next one.

[17:57] And all the work we did in Germany — we were able to really get to the bleeding heart on fire materials. Kuthumi says you can only enter the new energy era and be a new energy creator if you have a bleeding heart on fire. That's oozing vulnerability, that's feeling everything, that's having access to subconscious information, that's embracing the messy messy human and allowing it to be a mess while the divine is shining through. Which I act, guys — so beautifully sometimes, a little obnoxious sometimes, and sometimes I am completely mute. So I just let myself go, and the whole spectrum of what it means to be human on any given day — I allow my human to be all of humanity, with ease, with grace, without trying to perfect it. The human is so enjoying it. It's not trying to arrive at any arrival point and then make a blog about it.

[18:56] Spiritual ego is another thing we addressed in this new Lightwave 2.0. It gets the best of us. It wants to go grab something, put it down, share it with everybody else, make everybody else pull it down, and then you go: what the fuck am I doing? We really just need a community to come together, and when two or more gather in the name of new energy, it all just kind of unfolds naturally as it needs to. And then you can go do whatever you want — paint, drive, camp, hike. You don't need to make it into something.

[19:43] I don't need to make this into an organization so I have respect and followers and courses to sell. That's not what Yeshua did. He didn't form a religion or an organization. He found beautiful disciples who were downtrodden and thieves and this that and the other, and he said: hey, you know what I have to offer you? A lifetime of adventure with some messy messy friends. And that's what I have to offer all of you. If you came to our events, it's like: let's get on that sailboat and sail into the new energy era. We'll have some good food, we'll drink some good wine, we'll tell some good stories, we'll laugh, we'll cry, we'll laugh and cry together — we call that the laugh-cry. And we'll do it as often as we can. Life is really short.

[20:37] Whatever you're putting off — I mean, I work with people who are 70, 80, and they still think they have time. I wake up every day like I don't have time. I'm gonna say what I need to say. I'm gonna tell the person I love, I love them. I'm gonna tell someone when they've crossed a line: you need to back the fuck up.


PERSONAL HEALTH STORY — THE DOCTOR'S REALITY

[20:57] Last year I got sick. I've always had really good health, no matter how badly I have abused my body. I got sick. The doctor said: oh, you have abnormal cells and we need to do this that and the other. I'm not a big fan of going into the doctor's office reality — this is for entertainment purposes only, please seek the help of a medical professional. But I went to the doctor because I was like, there's something here, I'm actually having a physical symptom. And she was like, oh it's really bad, we got to operate, we got to do this, we got to do that. So we did that. And then I went back and she's like, oh I think it's moving, and so I was following this trail thinking: this doesn't make any sense, but this is what humans do. And I kept saying: God, when can I opt out of this? And God said: follow it a little bit further before we give it the Heisman.

[22:20] So I was following it and the symptoms started to get worse. After the last doctor's appointment where they instilled the fear of God in me, I was like: doctor's offices are just walking dysregulated nervous system places. Right before the trip I went and they were like panicking about this that and the other. I don't panic about stuff. I've been through hell and back — I've been in jail, I've been homeless, I don't talk to my family. I just don't panic. They're all panicking and I'm like, this is not an emergency. Who's your emergency contact? I said: it's Jesus or 9-1-1, you pick.


THE FRANCE TRIP — RENNES-LE-CHÂTEAU AND HEALING

[23:11] We went on the trip. In France we were in Toulouse and did the classroom work there — you have nothing to lose in Toulouse, it's a beautiful city in France, people are just stunning and friendly and it's just wonderful. And then from there we drove to Rennes-le-Château, which is one of my favorite places. I have a really special connection there. It has a beautiful Mary Magdalene Church that depicts the Magdalene with the skull, which is like a super sacred symbol to me and the Great White Brotherhood. The GWB that I work with — you have to die before you're born and you'll never see death again. We talked a lot about death in our materials and how death is the most unnatural thing in the world. We'll be posting those on our donor page.

[24:07] Rennes-le-Château also has the deep connection to Mary Magdalene, but also has the cosmic connection to the Hathors — and there are statues of the Hathors, which are a loving alien race, all over. And then Mont Bugarach, which Matthias went to — one of the men who came to our events. He held the space so lovingly, thank you so much. And every man who came to our events held the space so lovingly as divine masculine should. Thanks for showing the fuck up. I really appreciate you guys — you have no idea. It makes my job so much easier.

[25:09] I've been to this place many times but I took a group of 20 people and I didn't do any channeling or any tour guiding — it's just like: go have the experience, go have your unique experience. So I thought I would just sit there and hold space. I went into the Mary Magdalene Church and I've been in the church so many times, it's very familiar, it feels like home. But I sat down in the front row pew and I put my head down and I went somewhere else.

[25:46] I got out, and I was in excruciating pain. All the symptoms I had from what the doctor was saying — weird, scary — they were just heightened. So I sat in my favorite restaurant there and had two or three glasses of wine and cigarettes and a crème brûlée, because I was in pain. And the car ride from there to Saintes-Maries-de-la-Mer is about three and a half hours — thank you Nancy for driving me. Sometimes I don't have the ability to drive. I had planned to drive, I rented my own car, and then Nancy stepped in because I can't always function all the time like that.

[26:29] There's always a stranger. On my birthday in Prague I went to see music alone and I met a beautiful gay man and I said it was my birthday and he took me out on the town — we're still friends. When your people fail you, God sends you strangers. But in this case I didn't need a stranger, I had Nancy. The car ride back was brutal, I was in so much pain, and I finally told everyone in the car everything I'd been going through — how weird and trippy it was, like a surreal reality, doctors' offices and this and that. And then I woke up the next morning and it was all gone. All the symptoms. I'll spare you the details. I just knew I was good.


RETURNING HOME — LOVE AS A GIVEN REALITY

[27:36] When I came home, I had a reality-bending experience. They had overcharged me — I don't have insurance, it's actually cheaper not to have insurance in some cases — but they had not given me my uninsured discount and they double charged me for something. So I was on the phone with the woman in the billing department. She said: oh yeah, we overcharged you, we're going to send your money back. But as she was talking, I felt the reality of me in that old reality experiencing that old reality — and then I felt me in the reality I am in now, which is the love-is-a-given reality. I've kind of been going back and forth, not fighting to stay in the love-as-a-given reality, and then back into the little limited suffering creepy reality.

[28:23] You flow back and forth. Someone came to an event, beautiful, and said: I'm not gonna suffer anymore, I'm taking this weight off my shoulders, throwing it on the ground. Every facilitator's dream. And it was so sincere, it wasn't an act, it was from here, from the heart, it was real. When you see real, the fake gets so animated — "I'm gonna do it this time." But anyhow, this person put their suffering down, and the thing is, it doesn't stay down. It comes back. And then it goes. Then you put it down again. It just gets easier to put down — instead of it being a heavy load, it's something on your shoulder you flick off. But I've been moving through these different realities.

[29:57] A lot of people think that once they take this suffering off and declare it done, it won't come back. It's always going to come back. You just get really good at saying: oh, there it is, I'm gonna set it back down again, without making it a drama. The ego makes things dramatic. The suffering's back — no problem, just put it back down. That's what I've learned over the years. The suffering will come and you say: not today buddy, maybe tomorrow, and you just put it back down. It's not a failure to have it come back. The only failure is in not recognizing it, and simply putting it back down again instead of making it a big deal.

[30:45] Anyhow, I was on the phone with the billing agent and the symptoms had gone. And the voice of knowingness came in and said: we don't have any of this anymore. And the doctor said it's moving, it's spreading — I'm like: it's not spreading, it's moving around until it makes its way out. The pain got really intense so we could highlight everything that needed to go. Healing and ending suffering is not linear. It gets really intense before — you have to look at it and see it, it's so big. And I could see this whole trajectory of having this disease and spending my life in and out of hospitals fighting it. And I said: God, if that's what you want me to do and there's something I need to do here, send me on in, I'll do it. Because I don't fight God anymore. And God said: no, we just needed to come in just to show you this.

[31:44] So I was on the phone with this woman and I was like: I don't need to ever go back to this doctor's office. This is not my reality. That was the other version of myself in there. There's also this fluid identity — the identity that got me in there is not the identity who's gonna get me out. Coming through this trip, I'm a new person, and this love-is-a-given reality — she's not sick. She just has a scratchy throat from telling too many stories and having too many glasses of wine. I love myself. I'm a mess sometimes.


TEACHING POINT 2 — SHAMBHALA, THE KINGDOM: LOVE AS A GIVEN REALITY

[32:50] So we're gonna get to the final thing, which is the love-is-a-given reality — which is Shambhala, the kingdom. And then I'm gonna extend this for YouTube members and for the donor series as well, but we'll finish in about 45 minutes here and then I'll extend it.

[33:14] When Nancy was driving me around, I was talking to her about how you start to feel like you're desensitized in this classic earth reality. Like you just don't have reactions to things you would only have had a reaction to before. You don't feel warm where you used to feel warm. Your relationship with your family changes and morphs. This desensitization of the human in classic earth reality is part of the re-sensitizing to Shambhala, the kingdom — love as a given reality. So things will start to feel cold here, and you find warmth in Shambhala, the kingdom reality.

[34:32] Shambhala is an overlay over earth, inhabited by the GWB — ascended masters who went above and beyond initial realization. It has nothing to do with the new earths that people are talking about on YouTube. It has nothing to do with the Ascended Masters Club. It's what Yeshua talked about, what Babaji talked about, and several other Eastern religions — Tibetan Buddhist, esoteric.

[35:04] Someone sent me a message — she didn't post it publicly so I won't say her name — but I wrote her something about what Nancy said, and she replied: "I've been thinking about what we wrote about yesterday. When I came back from France I had a strong sense of my heart still being held tight — like a part was still in protection mode. I know there is so much more opening of the heart to be experienced, but that flatness and emptiness we talked about also seems to be part of the process. It feels like that can be confused with having a closed heart. It's almost like love becomes impersonal and more cosmic — maybe because there isn't a point of focus. It feels like something is missing, or feels like my heart isn't fully open to love. Just feeling into the distinction and contradiction of these sensations."

[36:05] That's truly what all of our events are like. We get together and it's like exploring: what is this like? Not studying a book, not writing down steps, not creating another blog with big fancy words. We dove in to the messy messy goodness that is humanity and divinity combined. And then you go home and you go — it's crazy. I love my human friends, but when I got back I saw a couple of them and it felt so empty compared to what we all have together.

[36:40] There is an impersonality to love, but there is a personal nature to it too. For those of you who haven't given up hope of having a partner who can understand you and be with you in this life — I haven't. I'll never. If it doesn't happen, I've lived a life of love, joy, adventure — I didn't miss a fucking moment. If I got hit by a bus tomorrow. But I'm always open to the idea that there might be someone to share it with. The thing is, love can't exist between this identity and this identity. Love can't be given or received through these interactions between identities. I mean it's a form of love, but it feels very flat and empty when you've had the real thing. When you've had a real Coke you don't want a Diet Coke.


TEACHING POINT 3 — YOU CANNOT OWN THE LOVE / THE RED LION

[37:23] Shambhala the Kingdom is really love — new energy love — as a reality. You can enter and exit this reality, but you cannot grab it, contain it, own it, write about it, give it to somebody else, and then pull it back from somebody else when they behave badly.

[37:50] Let me make it a cartoon. Pocket Jesus and I are in Shambhala the Kingdom and the love is a given reality. I've had a few partners who've floated up to the top, experienced it with me, and then floated back down. And then I would chase them down. I learned not to do this about a hundred times before I figured it out — I'm a slow learner, I'm not gonna go claim I figured something out on a blog, that's for damn sure. I've experienced love and Shambhala and I'm in Shambhala every day. Along with meeting with all of you — hopefully my words are never important. Hanging out with me is just so I can put you there. It's your choice whether you want to stay there or not.

[39:19] But I followed them out, and as soon as I followed them out the love is gone and I'm destroyed — because the nature of me is very sensitive. I will never give it up. The reason I can sense and be in Shambhala is because of my oozing vulnerability, my oozing empathy, my oozing compassion, my ability to cry at the drop of a hat and laugh at myself and never take myself too seriously, and when I fuck up have a go: well, I'm sorry.

[40:01] Love can exist between two or more people when they're able to stay in that space and respect it, without trying to hold on to it. But what usually happens is someone has a taste of it and then they grab onto it, and they want to hold it — and then they're gonna start their own business and this is gonna happen and they're gonna make this into. If the identity is not in a fluid, immutable state — what we call the We-Go — it will hold on and try to bottle it and sell it. There's a great example of this: it was called the elixir in the Red Lion book. The guy murders a guy to get the elixir and sends himself into a karmic spiral. So often what happens — it's not happening so much anymore, 99% of the people who came did not do this — but you feel the love and then you want to bottle it and put it in your suitcase and run off with it. I've had this happen so many times. It's like a guy taking you out on a date, sleeping with you, and never calling you again.

[41:25] I put people in this space and I really have no desire to keep teaching online courses. I just want to meet in person. God's paying my bills, my other businesses are flourishing because God's expressing through me. I don't have to take clients I don't want. I can send a refund if someone's being a real bitch. God is taking care of that. So I got fuck-you money — and that's love. I don't have money so I can drive a Porsche — do not drive a Porsche, I drive a used Subaru with a cracked windshield, that's my lifestyle — but being in love is also being able to say fuck you to things that aren't love.

[42:05] Morya always put his hand on my back and infused it full of this true love that makes parental figures seem cold and creepy, and any kind of human sexual relationship seem really nasty to be honest. And Morya put his hand on my back and said: if it doesn't feel like this, it's a lie.

[42:33] Living in this world, having resources and energy is super important to being able to maintain this love, because you don't have to leave it and compromise yourself to get the scraps to barely survive. It allows you to never operate from scarcity again. Because when you operate from scarcity you create not-so-nice situations. But this love-as-a-given reality — you can still be in it if that suffering picks back up. All of you — you put it down and it ends up back on your shoulders — you say: no, I'm in this love-as-a-given reality, I take it out and I don't want to bottle it or steal it or own it or make it mine or put it in some written form and sell a course. You don't want to kill somebody to get the elixir and bottle it like in the Red Lion book. Because as soon as you try to grab it or hold it too tightly, you're back in a scarcity mindset.

[43:48] True abundance is being in the love-as-a-given reality at all times. You don't do anything from scarcity. You don't do anything from how-is-it-gonna-look. You don't do things to make money. I don't compromise myself to keep clients or donors. The more people leave — those in some kind of twistiness — the better the materials get. [missing]


CLASSIC EARTH RECEDING / SHAMBHALA BECOMING MORE REAL

[44:18] The way I see Shambhala the Kingdom is I'm in it all the time, eventually, and classic earth reality becomes less and less real and less and less accessible. My friendships and my — I don't talk to any of my family anymore, because they're alien to me — but it becomes less and less, and one day it just won't be there anymore. The most unnatural thing about human life is death. Death is not natural — it's a construct. We'll go really deeply into that in the donor series. We covered it in Germany at a surface level, but in Romania it was our opening. This is where we started: death is an illusion. And it's everything that Yeshua taught — he said, once you're in the kingdom, there is no death, there is no birth. It's your new life. [missing]


UPCOMING EVENTS AND PLANS

[45:22] I love you guys so dearly. I do hope you'll come to some of our events in August. [missing section] Morya has been on me to get to Ireland — there's something happening in Ireland. We have two kinds of events: ones where we suspend time and space, like we did in Germany and Cebu, and they're lovely. And then we have events where we have to anchor things on earth — they're a little bit more difficult on the body. Like when Gaia left in May 2025, we were there to anchor ourselves, anchor the new energy there so she could leave. She was sick and tired. And then in France, Yeshua and Mary Magdalene came to me and said: we need to anchor the age of Aquarius in this certain point in Saintes-Maries-de-la-Mer, which is where the Marys — and myself as Sarah — where our sailboat landed after the crucifixion. Story time later.

[47:14] So we have two types of events: one that is grounding and working with earth grids, and a more community environment. And then the other ones are more about personal experience — the light body, enlightenment, what do you personally need. The Ireland event would be something grounding. And then I have a ticket to Italy in October with my flight credit. I want to go there for personal reasons, but there's also some potential for something else there.

[47:51] So basically that's all we do. We have our new Lightwave materials — I do those on YouTube for free. We have our donor series, which is the GWB stuff. We're going to have calls in August, meetings in August. It's really the GWB's project and I'm just the human doing it. And then we have our in-person events. Those are the three things we do — donor series, GWB which is growing and thriving thanks to you all, and our in-person events. The next new Lightwave will start sometime in the fall — I haven't been given an exact date. [missing section]


CLOSING — STAYING IN SHAMBHALA / SAMADHI

[49:03] Nothing is going to take me out of love-is-a-given reality. I have been drenched in it. I've been floating in Samadhi all night long. This morning I woke up about four, made my coffee, took my dogs out — and then I was like: Samadhi too hard, going back to bed. I'm not interrupting my Samadhi for anybody or anything. If someone wants to come meet me there, you're welcome. But I ain't going back down there. I spent ten years trying to get you guys out of there. I will toss one of those fire escape ladders off the balcony and you can climb up it into this love-is-a-given reality. But no good is gonna come from me going down that ladder to meet your identity's needs, which can't be met. The identity's needs are insatiable. [missing]

[50:45] Let's enter Shambhala the kingdom — that's my goal. When God put me on this earth this life, he said: I need to get five people to Shambhala the Kingdom. And I saw three people in our last event floating there and they weren't gonna come out of it. Three for sure. I only need two more. But in the meantime I'm gonna have fun, and I'm gonna drink wine in Italy, and I'm gonna attempt to drive a car on the wrong side of the road in Ireland. Throw caution to the wind. In Samadhi driving on the wrong side of the road with a Guinness — no, I'm kidding, I don't drink and drive. I do a lot of crazy shit but not that.

RE-ORIENTING AROUND A NEW COSMIC TRUTH

This morning, as I was writing up another attempt to convey what happened in France - MY fucking God! we entered the Kingdom - my voice came back along with the SPICE I need to animate a personality to speak it all out on video.

Believe it or not, in my personal life, I don’t animate much spice. I tend to gravitate toward the spread out cosmos who feel no need. A Bach Chello suite conveys all that needs to be said.

And then funny enough Mathias - who was with us in France and doing the work long prior to my physical arrival - sent me a text that I feel like all of you wanted to ask, but had not yet.

He wrote:

“The question also was and is.. maybe you like to share in a donor video or something… ?

What's the up to date overview and general optimal direction or the several perspectives on that from the rays…

For an expanded overview, cosmic birds perspective…

Like how is it going with the opening of pathways and the optimal development of new earths?

What's going on with Shambhala these days.. for me it feels somehow getting more closer and paralell reality experience as an and presence layer.. like integrating with earth reality and omni or non directional integration, like great central sun shining from earth energy planes from down and up and in all sub-quantum wavings..”

In all my years of teaching, I have been looking for windows.

A cracked door to pry open so I can teach how to be Shambhala/ the Kingdom.

It IS here and that’s what we are all feeling

- and if not, it’s my job to get your there though it is so hard to do on a computer screen -

We are walking around in a ‘right here, right now’/ Love is a Given reality.

And then we anchored it on the sands of where we landed in France after the crucifixion.

From a facilitator perspective, it’s what dreams are made of!

So often I have to pry open the fixed identity and that can take the whole course.

It has for years. I just teach it from every angle, using the jaws of life and jokes.

Then windows occur.

In Germany, in the afternoon, I found the door cracked for the bleeding heart on fire.

In Romania, Kainos glowed through the old creek door of the Piscean Age.

It’s a testament to you all who came for me to be able to actually get where I/ we/ us need to go.

Deep bow.

A lot of us who were in France are staring into the great wide open of a vast and fertile landscape.

Having turned the deep dark void into a lush green forest.

It’s new and foreign and ready to be explored. After rest. You need rest. And more water!

The converse of that is that all else feels like sandpaper.

Duality and identity are pure violence in the context of The Kingdom biological/ cellular level shift.

Of the greatest of those irritating edges is something that is so IMPORTANT right now.

Integrating those cosmic parts and pieces.

In France, we had a discussion called:

IS IT A DEAMON OR IS IT AN ALIEN LIFETIME COMING HOME FOR INTEGRATION?

They often feel similar. They certainly act similar as one was flipping out on me in my living room this morning.

Not mine. One of yours.

I have experienced plenty of demonic entities and possessions in this lifetime of work.

These cosmic - non-human integrations can be just as nasty.

So this Sunday, we’ll have a video that covers it all.

WHEN THE WORLD IS TOO FULL TO TALK ABOUT…

THE RETURN OF THE LOVE LETTER THAT IS THE SUNDAY NEWS

Waking in a state of ‘everything all together, all at once’ - also known as Samadhi - I began to sort the music notes around 2:30 am…

…in a non-coherent attempt to find which one to pull down into particle form for the LOVE LETTER that is the Sunday News.

Yet, the wave wouldn’t collapse.

Such is life when the identity cannot form into fixed particle reality, either.

Then two things happened.

My phone lit up with notes from you all.

Christiane’s mother had peacefully left her physical body upon her return. Dace got home after her bus broke down. Yael and Ellie had safely arrived back in Miami. Nancy returned to a new donut place at home (silly). Jen with Glasses’ dog was hiding in the closet none to pleased she had left her alone for the trip.

Life keeps dancing and moving through us, continuously.

Sometimes it is a symphony, other times improv jazz, and on occasion, a lil’ Wayne song…

And Rumi - who to me is an another version of giddy Kuthumi - began dancing with the heart pulses of the world being simply too full to talk about.

We've heard it a million times.

Out beyond ideas of wrongdoing and rightdoing,
There is a field. I'll meet you there.
When the soul lies down in that grass,
The world is too full to talk about.
Ideas, language, even the phrase ‘each other’
Doesn't make any sense.

Love does not make sense.

It will never lose so much dignity as to make sense.

It has no words that will give it full meaning.

It can’t be drawn on a white board, though I give it my best;)

Yet, words provide the vehicle, the delivery mechanism to bridge it from one being to another, spreading like the mustard plant.

Words provide a delivery mechanism to bridge love from a collective of BEINGS LIKE US to the world -

and from God to human AND human to God, with each breath.

Words do not have to make sense for them to communicate love.

They hold a vibration - an energy in the space between which works just as well -

as I know from having a conversation with Ursula where I say something in English and she responds in German and we do not bother with the translate because the only word we are speaking is LOVE. LOVE. LOVE.

And that is why it is so important for us to meet in person - to remove the edits and barriers of technology, the best face forward in the high school cafeteria - for what is felt, and not thought out entirely before being typed, spoken without the identity filters of mind is where we meet in “THAT GRASS.”

WHAT HAPPENED IN FRANCE?

On the second day of the France event, I was going to begin with a meditation - something we will focus on in our June programs (less talking, more exploring without words) - when Yeshua came in.

“Give them the Sermon on the Mount,” he said.

“You want me to return the saltiness?” I asked.

You are the salt of the earth. But if the salt loses its saltiness, how can it be made salty again? It is no longer good for anything, except to be thrown out and trampled underfoot.

“Make them talk to each other,” he replied. “That will return the saltiness.”

In other words, he asked me to give the sermon on the mount by facilitating a discussion.

In other words, we acted out the sermon, in its entirety for about 2 hours.

In a world of buried words never spoken, trespasses never addressed, feelings buried, all 20 of us gathered on even ground to talk. To work things out, for we are humans with hearts and needs.

Those who had no things to work out with others bared witness and hopefully, took it home with them to make things right in the moment, to never let things slip through the cracks again.

DEEPER THAN THAT…

Yeshua’s sermon on the mount was so much more than perceived.

It was also a sophisticated teaching on the lessons of the FAR EAST in how energy and true karma play out through our day to day lives and how our livelihood is made or broken by it.

… what we are covering in the donor series for those with eyes and ears…

Speaking and writing from SOURCE suspend the laws of cause and effect and through this SUSPENSION, one can see the Kingdom of Heaven that is - as Thomas’s gospel said - already spread across Earth.

"It will not come by watching for it. It will not be said, 'Look, here!' or 'Look, there!' Rather, the kingdom is spread out upon the earth, and people do not see it."

The mark is missed when beings look for grand displays of consciousness and power - big fancy channels and spiritual highs.

Yet, the Kingdom is so much more.

It appears when we talk to one another, when we say the uncomfortable things, when God speaks through us no matter how it appears on the ego’s surface.

The Kingdom is found in LIFE.

It is found in the messy bits of humanity’s expression.

In the grit of full embracing yourself and honoring the gift that is LIFE.

The Kingdom is found the moments when we say the thing we ‘shouldn’t say’.

The Kingdom is found in your smiles and your tears.

In the vulnerability to be fully yourself with others being fully themselves.

And thus, on the whole trip, the “grand spiritual channels” were suspended for something so much more…well, everything…more everything!

BEING LIKE US coming together to share a laugh, a few tears - sometimes all together all at once - speaking and expressing what so many are afraid to express….

LOVE. HUMAN & DIVINE.

Why dark matter is so threatening to the identity & how to move beyond that fear….

We ended up some where else completely at our Germany event, but this transmission - Sarah & Kuthumi combined - is something that we will unpack over the summer months. Thank you, everyone.

#1: Subtle Energy

Focus: Attuning mind, intuition/gnosis, and especially the nervous system to perceive non-dense, quiet energetic signals.

Outcome: Build fluency in the “language” of subtle energy to perceive far-reaching energetic nuances (beyond typical 3D stimuli).

Embodiment notes: Fully descended I AM consciousness expresses as childlike curiosity and simple, direct language.

Emotions deepen and become impersonal yet are felt fully; avoidance often masquerades as “logic.”

Common pitfall: Over-intellectualizing to bypass uncomfortable emotions rather than sensing their origin within one’s conscious blueprint.

#2: Dark Matter

Definition: Not literal darkness; a light-filled field containing potentials, possibilities, probabilities, and passageways (“four Ps”).

Identity dynamics: Perceived as threatening because it confronts unrealized potential (e.g., staying in misaligned life situations).

Practice includes recognizing identity threat responses and moving through them to access new potentials.

Integration: Strongly tied to subtle energy fluency; the more nuanced the sensing, the safer and clearer the exploration of dark matter.

#3: ENERGY RETURNS TO SOURCE (BEYOND KARMA)

Donor series context: Explores individual karma blending into collective karma through mass consciousness (e.g., Atlantean “design mind headband” analogy creating a shared virtual reality).

Core law: All energy returns to source regardless of human intention; unconscious, buried toxicity still circulates and seeks return (landfill metaphor).

This operates in “vertical time” (simultaneous), deeper than linear cause-and-effect and beyond classic karmic timelines.

Guidance stance: Emphasis on inquiry over dogma; provide perspectives and places to look rather than prescriptions or imposed conclusions.

#4: Capacity Light Body Code

Nervous system as key:

Capacity = actively stretching the nervous system to receive; identity rigidity forms a “film” that blocks abundance and creation flow.

Fluid, malleable identity increases ease in bringing creations into form (vs. passive “waiting” to allow).

Both/And coherence:

Holding love/joy while acknowledging and witnessing systemic harms (e.g., to women, immigrants, workers) without collapsing into hate.

Light body focus:

Creating space for human and consciousness to coexist, not forcing a neat, commingled package.

Practice notes:

Daily “Samadhi touchpoint” (even 1 second) is sufficient; nonlocal, nonlinear path means no fixed arrival points.

Jesus began speaking “on the mount” but it wasn’t a sermon that ran a measly 18 minutes.

When he began speaking, a crowd of 20 became a crowd of 50, then 100, then 200, then 2,000.

An 18-minute treatise on loving thy neighbor began to unfold into a 72-hour (3-Day transmission).

As the crowd thickened and the day turned into night, and the people from all walks of life began to get hungry.

Two loaves of bread and five fish were multiplied to feed the thousands and the disciples went into the crowd - who were hungry for more than loaves and fishes - to pass out the sustenance to sustain the transmission pouring forth from within Him.

From a human ear perspective, the words became nonsensical - something the human ears could not decifer.

Yet, in an alchemical perspective, the words began to touch the deepest part of the “ears that could hear.”

I began our day in Romania with charts and graphs and silly drawings, and at one point my words became jibberish and meaningless.

A stream began to flow, as the ears began to open to the “God spine” and I stopped being able to hear what I was saying, yet the words became bubbles of potentials floating into the ethers.

Looking to those in the seats before me, I saw a woman burst into tears and then laughter.

Another sliding from the chair.

Yet another, eyes closed in a full kundalini expression.

More stream of jibberish flowed.

My shoes came off.

I began sweating, moving around, and drawing things that didn't matter on the board.

An occupied mind, opens a hungry heart.

Those with an open spine received the best of IT.

Those with an open spine then returned IT better than they found IT.

And the bread and fish multiplied again.

Thirst and hunger - not of the human kind - satiated.

And then again. Again.

All 6.5 hours of channels were captured on video.

They likely will not make sense, yet I will edit them a bit - to remove audience shares - and post them on our donor/ password page over the summer months for they should NEVER be sold.

I can do in person what can never be done online.

Yet, I do my best with all the wires and internet to get it to you.

No matter how limiting and irritating it is for me.

When IT was over, I asked Ursula and Nicole if they could remember any of the words - because I could not.

Nope, not a word - for they were not important.

It’s truly magical what can occur in a co-creative container when those who sit began to see without eyes and hear without ears.

It would not have been possible without Alice - who not only managed the 3D portion of the event, babysat me as I need one in such situations (humility-inducing helplessness as a human when my kundalini becomes so active I have no ability to act as an individual)…

she was also handing out the fish and bread in the 5D, moving the waves of energy so they could land easy.

Something that cannot be taught and only known and accessed.

Thank you to everyone who made the journey with your bleeding hearts on fire, showing up so clear and present.

Further, on day 2 of France, after the identity “removal” work I have mastered over the years, Yeshua woke me and said give the sermon on the mount but let them live it.

We opened a dialogue among the 20 sitting - not recorded - and the conversation became the living breathing traditional sermon on the mount in action.

How to live, knowing the Kingdom is not OUT there, but right here spread across the earth.

And that’s what I’ll write about in next week’s newsletter.

Well, that did not go according to plan…

On Saturday, May 9, we gathered in Munich with a plan to cover four areas of Creation of the LIGHT from within this Carbon Form called biology.

The event took a wild turn when I realized, there EXISTED already, a capacity enough to really dive into the full blown expression of THE HEART.

Once you hit the bleeding heart on fire, where energy and consciousness come together in the heart space, not a whole lot else matters.

The materials of the event were so deeply intimately personal, they will not be made available on the website.

In fact, we only got the first two sessions on video - for those who came -

and the afternoon was so intense it pretty much blew up the technology.

That was not a mistake. What occurred in the afternoon was not for anyone not in the room.

I have tears pouring from my eyes at being able to witness you all in your fiery amazing forms.

Beings Like Us - Living fully and freely in life - with no separation from the massive shifts happening in the world.

The Arrival of embodied love in the vessels we inhabit.

The Painting, Subtle Energy & The Honey Comb

2017 Vision

The Painting that changed it all

For many, running an online business comes with a plan.

Yet here, there is no plan, but a vision.

Over the Christmas holidays in 2017 - about a month or two after experiencing full blown, mind-shattering, earth-quaking, personality-destroying enlightenment - I began to see what was about to occur in All of Creation.

Not being able to write about it, I painted it.

The passageways in All of Creation began to open back up.

Morya (portrayed as the Adam Kadmon template) and I began to create a path from the Banyan Tree towards the cosmos under the light of the Great Central Sun.

The painting is long gone, lost in many moves, but the vision of what was to occur has led the way for what we are all seeing today.

An earth uninhibited from the barriers to the cosmos, and as a result, a Great Central Sun that can shine upon it in waves.

It would not be until March 2023 that the passageways would begin to dilate and open to these intense level of cosmic energy coming back into our inimitable bodies of consciousness.

It would not be until March 2025 that we would begin to understand that the New/ Christos Energy would be coming to Earth through these openings.

And it would not be until 2026 that we would begin to understand what a New Light Wave would entail.

Not just changing the entire structure of the New Human Species, but also impacting mass consciousness in unfathomable ways, bringing all imbalance in the collective hearts and minds of humanity up to the surface for review.

Subtle energy

Subtle describes something not immediately obvious, loud, or bright, often characterized by being delicate, faint, or requiring keen perception to notice. It implies a fine, precise, or clever quality that is understated rather than blatant.

Subtle energy is something we will talk about in each of our May gatherings. Subtle energy is how the strokes in the BIG PICTURE vision come into focus.

Visions of the BIG PICTURE are not something limited to me. Everyone has access to the BIG PICTURE whether it be centered around the ‘I/me/my’ version of Self and/ or the entire directive of All of Creation.

Subtle energy becomes apparent - loud even - when we are able to sit with the empty for long and vast stretches of time and an undoing of physical space.

Time - here being the delivery mechanism for New Energy, which works in a spiral rather than linear spatial quality.

Subtle energy comes through the backdoor, rather than from the human eyes looking forward as they were literally wired to see only relative reality from a fixed identity point of view - as is the standard-issued human mind.

Subtle energy provides, it gives GNOST, knowingness, growing the fourth leg of the chair.

And the deeper our relationship with it becomes, the more we are able to let go of the firm, fixed, local linear identity that we have come to think of as ourselves, finding the truth of Reality.

The Honey Comb

The Honey Comb

The Honey Comb is a metaphor that was used by St G.

Think of yourself - your mind - living in a single cell of an infinite honey comb.

The things the human eyes and mind and nervous system - and on - perceive as solid and apparent and easy to see are all happening in a single cell of the honey comb.

Worries, fears and suffering also live in the single cell of the infinite honey comb.

Subtle energy is discovered through subtle energy shifts.

For example, you may not see a deer in the woods when it is standing still.

Yet, when it moves, rustling leaves and jumping over logs, the deer becomes very apparent.

You just had to sit there in stillness long enough to witness the shift.

You have to become quiet enough to hear the subtle shifts in the silence.

Your vision must become soft and unfocused in order to see motion.

As you let go of the local (fixed space) and linear (fixed time), a vast NEW landscape free from horizontal time will open up first within you - taking you from the day to day sufferings of being a human.

And into a land of KAINOS where you actually become the vessel for it to land on Earth, stretching out into All of Creation.

A pause between waves to really understand our role in it all.

We explored so many prisms of this new light.

Identity - the greatest barrier to love - as it works as a barrier between energy and consciousness.

We explored the spiritual ego and belief systems of the Pisces Era.

We got to know the GWB.

Kuthumi walked us through the Alchemy of Empty - which I acted out in the behind the scenes videos - how not to bypass but transmute through Absorption (DK).

St G continued to walk us through the light body codes and the shift and getting on the ship.

Yeshua set us straight on the world, yet again.

Tobias held the edges of creation open for us and now it’s our job to integrate the NEW cosmic energy and so on.

DK has a huge channel coming through: THE GREATEST TECHNOLOGY SHIFT IN THE NEW ERA WILL BE THE HUMAN HEART - NOT AI.

Stretching the edges of capacity to be able to hold multiplicity - creating enough space for humanity and divinity to co-exist within your body of consciousness.

Creating the capacity to be the witness to the apocalypse AND be fully in peaceful alignment. It’s not a back and forth anymore, it is Simultaneous, because you have the capacity to hold both AND.

THE Human Emotional Body becomes SENTIENCE, when emotions connect to I Am Consciousness rather than limited human I/ me/my identity.

Efficiency —> Economy of Movement (Subtle energy bodies) Dance with what shows up at your door as it shows up at your door - If You face it head on efficiently, it won’t come back to be resolved later (eventually you have to face your crap!).

Efficiency can feel like opening a floodgate. As you face everything directly head on it can be intense, but efficiency allows you to absorb, and transmute in New Time, rather than in horizontal time.
