Capacity —> Nervous System (Bio body), Increasing the Capacity to Receive all forms of Abundance, especially Love.
Stretching the edges of capacity to be able to hold multiplicity - creating enough space for humanity and divinity to co-exist within your body of consciousness.
Creating the capacity to be the witness to the apocalypse AND be fully in peaceful alignment. It’s not a back and forth anymore, it is Simultaneous, because you have the capacity to hold both AND.
Access —> Mental Body, DEEP, DEEP Access to Subconscious Information Stored in the Mind, Attending to Old Belief Systems that no longer serve you.
Allowing subconscious imprints or memory storage to come up to the surface for conscious review - absorption and transmutation.
Immediacy —> Feel all emotions as they come up, immediately so unfelt emotions do not guide you into unfavorable timelines or cause you to react unconsciously rather than respond with awareness.
Act on God-given information as it comes immediately.
Without immediacy, emotions are suppressed into the subconscious where access becomes limited. Think stuck, constipated energy, often mistaken for stoicism;)
THE Human Emotional Body becomes SENTIENCE, when emotions connect to I Am Consciousness rather than limited human I/ me/my identity.

Efficiency —> Economy of Movement (Subtle energy bodies) Dance with what shows up at your door as it shows up at your door - If You face it head on efficiently, it won’t come back to be resolved later (eventually you have to face your crap!).
Efficiency can feel like opening a floodgate. As you face everything directly head on it can be intense, but efficiency allows you to absorb, and transmute in New Time, rather than in horizontal time.
