Picture the winding through the cobblestone streets and cafe culture of Toulouse, France with dear friends of lifetimes.
Next you are on the rooftop bar of The Social Hub hotel where we have sunset cocktails or “mock-tails” and appetizers from 6 - 10 pm on Thursday, May 14th, 2026. (This is included in price).
Then on Friday, May 15th & 16th, 2026 - 9 am - 4 pm - we have our own private space with morning and afternoon coffee breaks and lunch delivered for the seminar days. (Coffee breaks and lunch included in price).
We will then check out of this amazing hotel - right next to the Japanese Gardens! - on Sunday.
The breakfast here is amazing and is included in your stay Friday/ Saturday/ Sunday.

THE HOTEL RATE IS 149 EURO/ $175 USD PER NIGHT - FOR 3 NIGHTS THAT IS $525.
The total for the workshop, rooms rentals, waitstaff, cleaners, hotel, meals and drinks listed in $2,570 per person.
EXTRA:
From there there will be an option to join us on two separate adventures in the mountains and beach nearby, which will be booked separately and for a low cost to add on.
On those “side quests” you will need your own car and accommodation to arrive at the places we will meet.

The early bird price - you help us cover the costs upfront and get a discount - is $2,520 USD.
INCLUDED: The food and drinks listed above, the hotel meeting space fees, hotel rooms, and your hosts - Lauren, Keiko & Roberta.
After January 1st, the price will go up to $2,720.
NOT INCLUDED: Travel costs, and any food and beverage beyond what is listed here.
Space is limited to 20, so we can ensure contact with each attendee.
Because of the nature of paying for things upfront, we are unable to give refunds for live events.
If you cancel 60 days prior to the event, you can transfer your registration as a credit to a future event.
The credit is the amount you paid for this event.
If a future event is another price, you will be required to cover that cost.
